I have to start out by saying I didn't intend for Milton to be a sock dog. I had every intention of making a sock cat, knowing that I would have to make a few alterations to the pattern. Of course, I didn't realize what the alterations should have been (smaller ears, shorter snout) until I was too far along. So now I have Milton the sock dog.
And I feel sort of silly making my own sock dog, because I'm anxiously awaiting my sock dog from Anna. When he/she arrives I'll have 2 sock dogs. But I think that will be a good thing. They can keep each other company during the day.
