#1. Thank you for all the birthday wishes! I had a good birthday. I had three birthday dinners, and I got to pour my own pint at the pub!
#2. Happy belated Birthday to Morrissey (the 22nd). I try and remember almost every year, but I was a little late this time. Must be the old age.
#3. I broke down and bought myself a new camera for my birthday. There's a bit of a learning curve at the moment. I was so used to using the view finder to compose images on the G2, and I don't have that option anymore. But there are many, many things I really like about this camera, and look forward to figuring out what it can do. I predict there will be many more photos here, and on flickr. I can't guarantee they'll be good. But there will be photos.
