So, I was kind of considering not updating until the boyfiancee had enough donations for the Lifecycle Ride (a GIANORMOUS thanks to those of you that have donated, you are the most awesome people ever), but I think I'd cave eventually, so I might as well cave now. However, I'm not going to stop reminding you about it. In fact, I even made a spiffy little icon which you'll be seeing at the end of every post until he reaches his goal. Hopefully you'll get tired of looking at it and be compelled to donate (even a little bit helps!).
Other than that, things are pretty much the same around here. I spent a lot of time in a car to go spend a little bit of time with my Grandma. I've totally failed to finish the book club book this month (and I really did want to finish it), and last night for dinner I made Sausage Chard Stuffing. The only change I made to the recipe was to use whole wheat bread (because that's how we roll), and it was fabulous. In fact, it was even better leftover today. When I make it again, I just might have to double the recipe. It really is that good.
Other than that, I got nothing. Perhaps I should have held out updating until there were a few more donations and I had something that was actually interesting to tell you. Ah well.
