I didn't used to make a big deal out of my birthday, but as I'm getting older, I find that I kind of want to make a fuss. That's not how it's supposed to work, is it? Ah well. I think most of it has to do with the fact that I just want to celebrate with all my amazing friends and family. You guys are the best!
Also, yesterday was the nine year anniversary of me buying my very first new car. Last month she broke the 100,000 mile mark. I was going to say something about keeping 'er around for another 100,000, but that'll probably jinx me. Here's to not having a car payment!
