Happy Bithday Littlest Bro!
and Happy Birthday Uncle!

Today is also, unfortunatley, Adolf Hitler's Birthday. But I'm not going to wish that he has a happy one.

The picture to the right is one of my most favorite pictures of littlest bro, probably taken at age 2 (give or take a year). He tunrs 11 today! I can't believe how old he's getting, and how tall he's grown.

The only reason I can call either of my brothers "lil" is because they're younger than me. Lil bro passed me up in height ages ago (standing tall at 6' 3"), and it's probably only a matter of months before littlest bro has to look down at me instead of up.

4.18.01 (wednesday)

I so do not feel like working today.

I'm searching for the CD Eat It! by Weird Al Yankovic. And as I just searched for the album on Amazon, I'm realizing that there probably never was an Eat It! album, and Greatest Hits or the Food Album will have to do.

And no, it's not for me.
Littlest brother is turning 11 on Friday, and Weird Al is his Birthday gift request. I'm oh so tempted to buy him Flood by They Might Be Giants. But I fear it might be too soon. Eventhough "Particle Man" seems to be one of those songs that kids of any age enjoy.

I think TMBG will have to wait until the 12th or 13th birthday, when he's hopefully outgrown song parodies which involve food.

4.16.01 (monday)

Easter was sweet and simple.

Mum, Snake, lil bro and I had breakfast at a quaint little place in Berkeley.

After breakfast, Lil Bro went back home to study for the MCAT, and Mum had to go work (she's an accountant, it was April 15th, and she hadn't even done her own taxes yet...). So I hopped the next train home and spent the rest of the day doing mostly nothing.

I did kind of miss doing the whole dying easter eggs thing this year, but there's always next year.
