I did my taxes last night and now I have a big decision to make...
Do I get the in-dash cd player or the six disc cd changer (which would be located in the trunk) for Viv, the beetle?
It'd be lovely to have access to 6 different cds at my finger tips, but given my track record for changing cds with my 5 disc changer at home, I'd end up listening to the same 6 cds for 6 months. So I'm thinking the in-dash variety may be the way to go. But then I'll lose the tape player. But I think it's a loss I can cope with.
I also signed up for the 1000 panel fusion this morning. You should sign up too.

Most sanrio fans know that there are all sorts Hello Kitty items...toasters, rice cookers, vacuum cleaners. And then a co-worker brought me something I had never seen before - Hello Kitty Macaroni.
It lives in my cube at work right now. And the sheer novelty of it will most likely prevent me from ever actually eating it.

It's been about a year and a half since I talked to Amie. But one of the great things about our frienship is that we can spend all this time apart, and then get together for a day, and it'll be like no time has passed.
I spent my Saturday in Santa Cruz with Amie. We had lunch, we had tea, we exchanged some dead angel fish for more fish and a snail, and I bought some socks. Eventually we made dinner and decided to rent Tomb Raider (was that supposed to be a comedy?). We had tons of fun making fun of "the boobs". And were pleasantly surprised by the fact that there was some semblance of a plot.
A year and a half is a long time not to talk to someone, and I've decided it's far too long not to talk to one of my best friends. I'm going to do my best to not let it happen again.
